TX Dealer for Platinum Extra Care Warranty

Does anyone know of any dealers that give good discounts on the easy care warranties in Texas?

I tried to buy one out of state today (in kansas) and the guy said he'd sell me the warranty but I have to come in person to sign teh paperwork per toyota because dealers nationally were getting pissed at him for selling the service plans at cost.
